A: It is a common question you ask a vendor and it is logical to ask that of Corporate Contracts as well.
We have 3 primary revenue models:
Gain Share: We simply share in the savings we generate for our customers. If we save your company money, we get paid, and if we don't, we don't get paid.
Project Based: Sometimes it simply doesn't make sense to use a gain sharing model and therefore we will simply provide you an all-inclusive price for your project.
Shared Risk: A combination of Gain Share and Project Based.
We can customize a compensation model that best fits your project / organization and meets your budget.
